【接送資訊/Pick-up】
1.  集合時間/地點：接送時間請根據您的航班抵達時間，但實際上車時間將視乎 當日交通和天氣情況而定，並以當地供應商安排為準。
Meeting time/location: Please note that the pick-up time is based on your flight arrival time, but the actual pick-up time will be subject to traffic and weather conditions on the day and will be arranged by the local supplier.
2.  集合地點：黃刀鎮機場入境大廳
請務必提供「抵達黃刀鎮機場」和「離開黃刀鎮機場」的正確航空公司和航班號碼（例如：AC12345），以及其      他航班資訊。
Meeting point: Yellowknife Airport Arrival Hall
Please be sure to provide the correct airline and flight number (e.g., AC12345) for both your arrival and departure flights, as well as other flight information.
3.   如航班取消，請務必盡早通知客服重新安排機場接送或各行程安排。
If your flight is cancelled, please be sure to notify customer service as soon as possible to rearrange airport transfers or other itinerary arrangements.
 
【回程資訊/Drop-off 】：
1.   時間/地點︰在原始接送點下車，但實際上車時間將視乎當日交通和天氣情況  而定，並以當地供應商安排為準。
Time/Location: Drop off at the original pick-up point. Actual pickup time will depend on traffic and weather conditions on the day and will be arranged by the local operator.
2.   實際集合/回程時間和地點請以憑證為主，當地旅行社可能因緊急情況或其他因素變更集合資訊，敬請於出發前  留意相關資訊，並請務必以最新資訊為主。
Please refer to your voucher for the actual meeting/return time and location. The local travel agency may change the meeting time due to emergencies or other factors. Please pay attention to relevant information before departure and always use the latest information.
 
【款項/ Payment】：
1.   需要50％的押金以確保您的預訂並於出發前30天前繳付全費。
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, and full payment must be made 30 days before departure.
2.  每人每天小費CAD10 ，並於行程完滿結束後直接付現金給導遊。
A daily tip of CAD 10 per person is required, payable in cash directly to the tour guide upon completion of   
the tour.
2.  冬季項目的費用包括服裝租賃費，由導遊在進行我們公司的活動時向客人提供。若衣物有破損、污漬等，將要求 
顧客按價賠償。
Winter program fees include clothing rental, which will be provided by the tour guide during our company's activities. If clothing is damaged or stained, the customer will be required to pay for the damage.
 
【風險管理/ Risk management】：
1. 客人瞭解，參加黃刀旅程的「體驗」活動可能存在各種風險和危險。所有參 與者必須注意自身行為舉止，並遵守各場所的指引。各場所的專業人員竭盡全力減少事故和傷害的發生。黃刀旅程對任何風險概不負責，但客人需自行承擔。
The guest understands that there may be a variety of risks, hazards, and dangers associated with taking part in the "Experience" with Yellowknife Holidays. Everyone participating in the activity must be attentive to their manners and adhere to the venue's guidelines. Professionals at the venue strive hard to minimize the number of accidents and injuries. Yellowknife Holidays is not liable for any potential risks, but guests are.

【購買須知/Purchase Information】：
1. 行程當天可能會要求旅客出示身分證明（如：護照、有效證件）以供查證，強烈建議旅客隨時攜帶以備不時之需。
Travelers may be required to present identification (e.g., passport or valid ID) for verification on the day of the tour. It is strongly recommended that travelers carry identification at all times.
2. 建議客人自行加買旅遊保險。
It is recommended that travelers purchase travel insurance independently.
3. 此行程不包含住宿，請旅客務必自行訂購飯店，並於訂單備註提供飯店名稱。
This tour does not include accommodation. Travelers must book their own hotel and provide the hotel name in the order notes.
4. 請務必確實填寫當地可聯繫之電話號碼，如發生緊急情況方便導遊聯繫旅客。
Please ensure to provide a valid local contact phone number for the guide to reach you in case of emergencies.
5. 嬰兒/未滿 2 歲孩童，可以免費參加行程，並請提供有效證件以利查證，本公司沒有提供嬰兒/兒童座椅/寒衣。嬰兒必須坐在腿上。
Infants/children under 2 years old can join the tour for free, and valid identification must be provided for verification. The company does not provide infant/child seats or winter clothing. Infants must sit on an adult’s lap.
6. 18 歲以下未成年人需至少一名成年旅客全程陪同。
Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler throughout the tour.
7. 請務必準時抵達集合地點，遲到旅客恕無法中途或繼續參加行程且無法退費，敬請見諒。
Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals cannot join the tour midway or continue, and no refunds will be provided.
8. 導遊將在抵達大廳等候，請認明印有您名字及「Yellowknife Holidays 黃刀旅程」牌子。如客人沒有提早通知按時出現，導遊只會在集合地點等待15分鐘。
The guide will wait in the arrival hall with a sign displaying your name and “Yellowknife Holidays.” If travelers do not notify in advance and fail to appear on time, the guide will wait at the meeting point for only 15 minutes.
9. 旅行團最少2人成團，金馬倫瀑布健行最少4人成團。如沒有足夠人數，本公司有權取消並退回款項。
The tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to proceed, and the Cameron Falls hike requires a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum number is not met, the company reserves the right to cancel and refund the payment.
10. 此行程需 2 至 3 個工作天方可確認可否成團，請旅客耐心等候，敬請知悉。
Confirmation of whether the tour can proceed requires 2 to 3 business days. Travelers are kindly requested to wait patiently.
11. 如旅客因個人原因 (例如:無旅行證件、未出席、生病、意外等因素) 於行程當天或旅途中末能參加行程內任何行程，視為主動放棄，恕不退費賠償，敬請知悉。
If travelers are unable to participate in any part of the tour due to personal reasons (e.g., lack of travel documents, absence, illness, accidents, etc.), it will be considered a voluntary forfeit, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
12. 導遊會依當天實際情況及天氣情況調整景點順序其參訪地點，若活動當天氣候經導遊評估無法執行或有危險性，為顧客安全考量，則會另外安排時間。
The guide will adjust the order of attractions and visited locations based on the actual situation and weather conditions on the day of the tour. If the weather is deemed unsafe or unsuitable by the guide, alternative arrangements will be made for the safety of travelers.
13. 因交通、天氣等不可抗力因素下，造成部份景點取消時，以現場導遊選擇其他景點為替代方案，恕不另行通知。
In case of cancellations of certain attractions due to uncontrollable factors such as traffic or weather, the guide will select alternative attractions on-site, and no further notice will be given.
14. 行程僅供參考。導遊將為旅客提供行程安排，行程中的接送時間和活動內容皆以當下的行程表為主。
The itinerary is for reference only. The guide will provide the tour arrangements, and the pick-up times and activities will follow the schedule provided at the time.
15. 訂購後，如欲更改行程日期或取消將收取部分手續費 (團費的15%)，敬請下訂前知悉。
After booking, changes to the tour date or cancellations will incur a handling fee (15% of the tour fee). Please be aware before booking.
16. 因應 COVID-19 疫情，請根據當地政府的防疫規定，敬請配合。
In response to COVID-19, please comply with local government health regulations.
17. 若有大型行李 (23公斤/ +)，每位乘客限帶1個行李箱。
For large luggage (23kg/ +, each passenger is limited to one suitcase.
18. 費用已含衣物的租借,導遊會於進行本公司的活動時提供給客人。如衣物有破損、沾污等情況，客人需照價賠償。
The tour fee includes clothing rental, which the guide will provide during the company’s activities. If the clothing is damaged or stained, travelers are responsible for compensation based on the item’s value.
19. 恕不招待寵物。
Pets are not allowed on the tour.

【權利及責任/Right & duties】：
1. 上述條款歸黃刀旅程所有。另外，黃刀旅程可隨時修改本協議條款，恕不另行通知。
Yellowknife Holidays owns the aforementioned terms. In addition, the terms of this agreement may be modified at any time by Yellowknife Holidays without prior notice.
